Context : Last World Cup in one of those countries was in 2006 in… Germany.
Bundesliga and Bundesliga have stadiums built since then for the big clubs, and some others for clubs that are now in BL2, such as Herta Berlin (WC Final stadium) or Schalke, Dusseldorf stadium (candidate for WC), Nuremberg stadium (modernized a1lot and got to that capacity in the 60s), Kaiserslautern's was enlarged for WC, Hannover stadium is in BL2 as well.
Most of those stadiums also have a huge amount of standing places (25 000 in Dortmund's stadium, 15 000 in Kaiserslautern), which don't exist in Premier League stadiums.
