I love you amorim has a manager but Sir you are so predictable with your system not that it's a bad one no try to change according to opponent play a mixed formation 4,4,2….4,3,3….3,4,2,1… 3,4,3….3,4,1,2 common you can do better
No. You DONT need to call their name. You DO need to give them an instruction though! "Time!" "Turn!" "Man coming!" "Heavy!" "Give me it back!" "Two's!" "Hold it in!"…. basics
Tell them you're passing them the ball before you do… So in professional football you're also forewarning the opposition where the ball is going so they can double up on him or her
Well, let's see if you hit the ball with too much power it's harder to control and might go past the intended recepient. If you call out the player's name whom you're giving the pass to, you alert the opponents near him. At best this is a case by case advice.
I have always felt that a good footballer and is in a good rhythm would have the awareness to expect a pass or know when the ball is coming to him rather than somebody shout. Im not a coach though
First rule: always wear football cleats as a coach. Or have you just come back from a jog?
Why should I play every ball with full sharpness. Have you ever heard of differentiation? You should pay more attention to the sequence of movements when the children pass.
Disagree with first and third of them. Did U hear about weight of a pass. Let them figure it out by them self. Sometimes light pass can atract opponent so We have more space behind him to play, and there is more into that, if U progress your play. If U already in a space where is no cover why to move. Thats give U different outcome on a pitch. There is something like timing in football, to move into right time and in right space depends on what U need. But saying always or never U limited them same like someone limited U in a past – and be careful what U put on the internet, kids will copy U and U influence them with limitations, no point
I think you might strain your voice quite easily, shouting like that. If you google some projection techniques you can still be loud without damaging effects, and avoid eventually having a really hoarse sounding voice.
Awful coaching

only last point agree
Are those kids deaf? They will be after hearing you! Hehe
Shouting the name of who to pass to gives the enemy a clue. Professionals don’t do that buddy
Pirlo never played like this. This coaching style is for premier league

Don’t under hit over hit it but that was too hard but I like it tho😂
Number 3 rule is bang on your job is never finished after a pass.

But if i shout the players name wont the opposition just cover him?

Sort but calling not good
no need to call receiver's name If he's facing U…but call name of player, the receiver should pass to..
Good information. I'm really inspired by your words ❤
Do you have to talk like a dick to coach?
