Activity Flow:
1. Each cone is occupied, the middle cone can only be occupied by one player, the cones on the outside can be occupied more than once
2. Player 1 starts the exercise and plays a flat pass to player 2, who is moving towards him
3. Player 2 drops the ball back to player 1, who plays the ball deep to play 3
4. Player 1 runs after his second pass and changes sides
5. This completes the passing sequence, the new action starts with player 3 with the same pattern
6. Important: Change the player in the middle after a certain time

Organization:
1. Depending on how often the exercise is set up (material for double set-up as shown in the video)
2. 6 cones
3. Distance between the cones approx. 10m
4. Divide the team into two groups
5. One group per exercise setup
6. Two balls + backup balls next to the starting cone

Coaching Points:
1. Awareness / Orientation – Before selecting check over your shoulder to see where the space, opponents and your teammates are on the field
2. Speed of the Pass – Quickly to allow team mate to turn, slowly to allow team mate to protect the ball or play one touch)
3. Timing – When to release the ball to best help team mate
4. Type of Pass – Inside of foot to ensure accuracy or spin, laces for longer passes, outside of foot when under pressure or to shape away from opponent

Variations:
1. Harder – Play a double double pass and then pass the ball to the other side
