👀 WHO’S BEHIND YOU? Play this game with the children you coach to help improve their awareness!
This is a fun and simple way to get children into the habit of checking their shoulders during a session.
Explain to them that at any point, you might shout, “Who’s behind you?” Without looking in that moment, they must tell you who or what is behind them!
This encourages players to regularly scan their surroundings, improving their awareness of space, teammates, and opponents.
The more they play this game, the more checking their shoulders becomes second nature – a crucial habit for developing awareness!
