  1. Pulisic would play right mid in a 4-4-2, why would Conceição pick Musah, and where then would he fit Pulisic? Maybe you need more than the coffee to hit to be able to do a respectable analysis lol

  2. I hope the new manager would be honest enough to realize that Emerson Royal is not even close to be defined as a “professional football player”… replacing him in the start eleven with either Jimenez or Bartesaghi…With that guy on the court… is like playing 10 Vs 12.
I can’t believe Mr. Moncada could recruit him for 15M€… loosing Kalulu for less.

  3. The problem is there's a lot of subpar players like Abraham, Musah, Emerson, Chukwueze, players that we had like Junior Messias and Saelemakers were better on that right hand side than those guys mentioned. The best option is playing Pulisic on the right, Reijnders as the trequartista, Leao on the left with Fofana and Bennacer in the pivot, both can orchestrate and destroy. Jimenez should be starting at RB with Theo on the left and Gabbia as the leading center back.

  4. Milan have the personnel. The problem was really poor defensive coaching. Totally disorgznied Sunday league stuff. Pioli was a lot more solid in this regard even though a little boring. I really thought they should have stuck with Pioli….The team has better players all around this season. Just AWFUL high press offside trap chaotic defense.

  5. There are only two choices in a football club. First, a coach who can explore his players to show their best, second, players who can adapt or not to the coach's abilities.AC Milan have a bad history in developing world talents such as Pierre Aubameyang, P Vieira & most recently Charles de Katelaere

  6. If the new coach continues with the 4-2-3-1 the same problems will persist. Play a 4-3-3 with Pulisic out on the right and bring in Bennacer as the registra at the base of the midfield with Reijnders in a free role on the left of midfield with Fofana playing as a box to box. Get Emerson out of the lineup and give Jimenez a chance on the right with Theo on the left of defense. I would rather see Tammy at striker than Morata at this point. Morata has been far too wasteful in front of goal to keep his starting spot.

  7. I like this new analyst, Michael Lahoud. Consistent with what he said about Morata or any of the other strikers playing too low (and I would add not aggressively enough) is the fact Milan hasn't had a single penalty kick in 15 games after that Fiorentina debacle on Oct 7 during which Theo and Abraham stole penalty kicks away from Pulisic. My second point is that if, as MIchael Lahoud predicts, Pulisic will play together with Chukwueze, Conceicao MUST instruct Chukwueze to switch things up by occasionally attacking up the right flank instead of immediately cutting inward as he has done about 100% of the time. The final (and most important) point I'd like to add is that, considering Conceicao likes his defenders playing conservatively and way back, that is not going to work with Theo, who is simply not a defender and has no desire to defend and who leads the league in assists–for the opposing teams. Therefore, my prediction is very simple: If Conceicao does not bench Theo (I think he will play Theo) or Milan does not sell Theo in the January window, Conceicao will not succeed.

  8. As a milan fan I'll be realistic for you guys. There's no way Musah is playing ahead of Reijnders, Fofana and Bennacer in a 442. Not even in a 433. He will sit on the bench and battle it out with Loftus Cheek who might even start ahead of him. So in the pecking order Musah is the last choice midfielder in this milan team.

  9. One thing Fonseca did not have is the charisma and heat that Sergio has and also defending is important to Sergio which for Fonseca was the whole team to defend which it does not make sense for a team like we have.
