Commissioner Garber’s 2013 MLS State of the League will stream live on this page, on Tuesday, December 3 at 2pm ET, from Google’s NYC office. He will then participate in a question and answer session with media and fans, who are both in the room and on a Google+ Hangout.
Immediately following at 3PM ET, the League will reveal the 2013 MLS Best XI, during an event hosted by former United States national team defender and Kick TV host Jimmy Conrad.
