Find out more and have your own digital assistant coach at https://www.coachbetter.com/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=videobeschreibung&utm_campaign=FSV&utm_content=TXcdjCcTkFc

Activity Flow:
1. The coach starts the exercise by passing the ball to a player in one of the squares
2. When that player receives the ball, one of the three defenders in the middle of the playing field rushes towards the player in possession and tries to steal the ball
3. At the same time, the two players on the team with possession run into the same square and play 3v1
4. After four completed passes, the players can pass the ball to one of the three players standing in the other three squares
5. Another defender from the middle then rushes into that square and tries to steal the ball
6. If a defender successfully steals the ball, the sequence starts over with the coach passing into another square

Organisation:
1. Eight cones to mark the playing field, four cones for the defenders’ area in the middle
2. Assign players to their positions
3. Coach next to the playing field with extra balls

Coaching Points:
1. Players should separate from the defender to receive a ball safely
2. Appropriate weight of passes
3. Quality of passes

Variations:
1. Limit the maximum number of touches per player
2. Increase in the number of passes players have to complete before the ball can be passed into another square
