  1. If City win lose or draw it doesn’t matter they won the league back in November/December so I don’t see any English team playing 4-3-3 next year I can see what 4 teams that qualify play great CL footy and I think the league is open for debate next year

  2. MU will loss the game easily if they wanted to replicate Liverpool…only Klop knows where to press and not to press….Jose will park the bus and try to lead City 1-0 or the best result could be a draw

  3. "Manchester United has all the best players in the world… Rashford and Lingard"… Were they drunk? Manchester United are 2nd in the league, they have their own style which may not look very attacking or attractive.

  4. Lol, no. Liverpool have been doing that all season, they’re probably the fittest players in the league and they’re the very best at this in the world. Even then, they could only manage that press for 45 minutes. Doubt Man U could do it successfully for 5

  5. Send the special one out and get Diego Simeone or klopp, I hate watching ManU sitting ducks. We are not chelsea or RM, rarely Sir Alex used counter attacking, coz it was always attacking with him, That's what i watched united growing up.

Enough, Big LA Liga teams can take the special one. We just need an attacking one and not a defending special one.

  6. My thinking is that this game will define the season overall. In that light, 3 points is irrelevant and Mourinho will lose absolutely nothing if he goes for the kill in this match, even if city win the game because the fans will stop and say 'you know what, we went for it and Mourinho went for it.' If United go full force and win 2-0, 3-0, 3-2 or whatever, people will look back on the season as one of a team evolving and as a successful season finishing in the top 4.

  7. Every team play the way their coach seats them up in my opinion Jose Mourinho have changed the way his team play midway this season the problem with him is he thought he could win the league been too negative he made a big big mistake, by playing negative football too early he is probably regretting that now.

  8. Strachan just proved this: Man United are not a big club. They play with a small-club mentality managed by the likes of Allardyce. Mourinho is the European version of Big Sam.
Liverpool played like a big club, with a big heart – as demonstrated by their charismatic manager Jurgen Klopp.

  9. lol time and time again when mourinho vs a big side, people always say how will mourinho approach the game, and every time he approaches it by sitting back and parking the bus, why do we expect any different? ofcourse mourinho will go here for a draw.

  10. Two options:
    1. Mourinho parks the bus and doesn't risk city winning the title against untied, but only gets a point max and risks Liverpool getting second
    2. Mourinho goes all out and tries to get 3 points to stay in second but risks letting city win the title
