I’ve said this for a while, people look at the final score results and say Ochoa is “terrible!”… “tronco!”…. “Get him off the field”…. Etc
He had 71 saves entering this game and now 75. Some would say that if you play with bad defenses that number gets inflated, but not even a mid tier goalkeeper would have this many saves with how Salernitana has played defensively, and how the goalkeeper is just constantly getting hammered with shots.
It’s not a Ochoa or goalkeeper problem… it’s a defense problem with incompetent center and fullbacks. And if they don’t get better defensive players, they will get relegated from Serie B next year just like they will Serie A this year
