I will never understand why African don’t work on their finesse game. Too many missed penalties have doomed them. Can’t just kick the ball hard.

Shame on FIFA encouraging physical assault and shame on you Sarina for excusing her assault on inexperience…Lauren James' unprofessional attitude…1st she pushed on Anozie's back with her two hands then 2nd she stepped on her…the biased referee gave a yellow but fir VAR… Her attitude was arrogant, childish and obviously seemly with superiority complex which is an insecure trait on her part. She ought to have been suspended for more. I hope she gets suspended for 3 or more games because players of smaller countries who did much less have received stricter punishment of 3 or more games. I bet she wouldn't do this to a player from Brazil US, Germany or France etc…I would ban her for 2 years period! Just to tell other players and herself this this is zero tolerance. Well maybe the military in me is speaking but it's psychological on the victim.

Actually, Nigeria could've won this game in regulation time but they kept hitting the post: twice they did and had other close calls. The English team's weaknesses have now been exposed to their next opponent. I hope we won't see another 'Lauren JAMES moment' again in this tournament. JAPAN looks technical and lethal enough to take the trophy!

The nigerian goalie is not as good as the Swedish. Anyway I'm rooting for England now especially against Japan IF Japan manages to beat Sweden which I hope they don't.
