Poor Clarence from denim an O’Malley fault for the first goal, ball watching and zero defensive transition, Reece Hutchinson should have pressed harder, with a lack of fight to track runners and press from chapman an O’Malley.
O’Malley is a decant player but everything is at his own pace and by gosh he slows down Sligo transitions. This Sligo team when the chips are down won’t fight for the shirt. It lacks real passion/fight. Sligo last trophy won was when they won satanta cup 2014 in tallagh.
Aaron greene destroyed the Sligo back line tonight. Could have been 4/5 in the end. Why does Russell wait until 75 th minute to make a sub when 3-0 down!
Excellent performance from Rovers. Could've easily have been 6 or 7. Burke brilliant again. Burns too.
Sligo looked more brighter when they made the 4 subs on 75 minutes. John should give young Elding a start. Max mata not doing enough to warrant a start. Time to trust the youth.
