Activity Flow:
1. Player 1 starts the passing loop with a pass to player 2, who has previously moved away from his “opponent”
2. Player 2 controls the ball, if possible with the first touch and passes the ball with the second touch to player 3
3. Player 3 receives and plays to the oncoming player 4
4. Player 4 drops and moves back into the triangle
5. Player 3 plays a pass to player 5, who plays a double pass with player 4 through the triangle
6. Player 5 completes the run with a long pass to player 6
7. All players move on one position, there is no break and player 6 starts immediately after receiving the ball
8. Double movement, going for the ball and passing speed counts for each player and for each pass

Organization:
1. 6 cones
2. Positioning of two triangles (large triangle approx. 15x15m & small triangle 5m high)
3. Place players as shown – occupy positions twice
4. Place backup balls next to the starting point, one backup ball with the coach

Coaching Points:
1. Awareness / Orientation – Before selecting check over your shoulder to see where the space, opponents and your teammates are on the field
2. Speed of the Pass – Quickly to allow team mate to turn, slowly to allow team mate to protect the ball or play one touch)
3. Accuracy of the Pass – In front if no opponent near, behind if opponent close
4. Timing – When to release the ball to best help team mate
5. Type of Pass – Inside of foot to ensure accuracy or spin, laces for longer passes, outside of foot when under pressure or to shape away from opponent

Variations:
1. Easier – reduce passing distance (make large triangle smaller)
2. Easier – allow more touches between each pass
3. Easier – decrease passing speed
4. Heavier – increase passing distance
5. Heavier – max. two touches (reception + pass)
6. Heavier – increase passing speed (without losing accuracy)
