FC Barcelona may have some new faces this season, but there is other big news — the release of the team’s new kits.
With the traditional Blaugrana first kit, inspired by the 1991/92 European Cup-winning season, having already been unveiled, this week gave way to the announcement of the team’s alternate second kit.
Predominantly purple with hints of bright pink, the second kit will be worn during away matches. But before the design was made public, the players took part in a photo shoot donning the new colours. Gerard Piqué, Andrés Iniesta, Leo Messi, Neymar Jr, and Luis Suárez got all decked out in the new uniform and posed for the cameras. Más allá de las caras nuevas en el equipo, la gran novedad de cada inicio de temporada es el estreno de las nuevas equipaciones. Tras conocer el diseño de la primera, inspirada en la de la temporada 1991/92, en la que se levantó la primera Copa de Europa, esta semana hemos descubierto cómo será la segunda.
