Soccer Coach Does the WORST Flop of All Time After Phantom Headbutt by Referee

Assistant manager Alejandro Acevedo of a team from Uruguay called Defendor Sporting was LIVID after one his players got hit with a red card. Acevedo protested the call and after being intercepted by a line ref, the coach pretended to catch a headbutt and crumbled to the ground.
