This moment is why I chose to support man city over Toronto FC as only a year or two prior did (2010)was I old enough to understand sports outside of North America as a 10 year old boy. I liked man city as I enjoyed the banter between Manchester fans both united and city. At the time I picked city because I liked their jerseys more and started and was different colour than my hometown team in Canada (Toronto FC) and cheered for both in highlights as i wasn’t able to watch the matches live. This was one of the first matches I watched live after 2 years and what made me choose man city over Toronto FC. Now I am a city fan and man city has become the third team I have fully supported and first football club as I support the maple leafs(Toronto’s hockey team) and the blue jays(Toronto’s baseball team).
