This guy is delulu if he thinks Atleti would sell him to Barca or Madrid, these 2 clubs are the biggest barriers to Atleti winning any trophy at all, they aint creating more problems to themselves by strengthening their 2 major rivals
lol If what Alvarez did is disrespectful then Isak must be a supervillain at Newcastle.😄
If you people to stay in your club, you have to build a winning culture, thing athletic has never done. People don’t wanna stay where they can’t win anything.
Atletico Madrid firmly slammed the door in Barcelona's face, shrug off media pressure, and openly state that a multi-million-euro suitor is completely barred from negotiations, it signals a massive evolution. Gone are the days when Atlético were simply a stepping stone or a talent pool for the traditional giants to pick apart.
With strong corporate backing and a board led by CEO Gil Marín refusing to blink, Atlético have proven they can hold their ground in the boardroom just as fiercely as they do on the pitch. It completely changes the power dynamic in La Liga—showing that when it comes to institutional leverage and financial self-sufficiency, the old duopoly Barcelona and Real Madrid doesn't call all the shots anymore. Aupa Atleti..! 🔴⚪️
all the average players now teaching a world class player what to say !
What is grella talking about I don’t think so? Smh 😂 he’s going to play !
If it’s so disrespectful to the team a player is playing for, then that team should just sell..
He is totally to blame. I hope Arsenal don't bail him out because it would be desperation from his side and ours.
Troy made the most sense here in a pragmatic view of the matter. I hope Julian finds good counsel and has a great season, whether in ATM (score goals, he'll win back the fans) or wherever but it seems family arrangements was something he needed a guarantee on to be able to play in England, seems it fell through but we'll see still some hours left
He's not asset right now He's a liability
What about Fernando Torres – Liverpool, Griezman – Barcelona, all of this respect is BS.
They managed to get the biggest bozos to talk about a topic that isn't about them so they just talk about their own careers
nonsense. the club owns who?
I'm 100% agree with Troy.
Atm made a fool of themselves. Barca made an offer instead of handling it like a big club that they think they are they made a mockery of the offer on social media like a petulant child . Let them keep him and see how big of a club they are lol . That environment is going to be awkward for all players
What do you mean the club owns him hahah so yall are okay with this modern day slavery? If the player wants to leave he can just leave whenever or however he wants
When players who spent their careers in mid-table scraps or second-tier promotions lecture a elite, global-tier superstar on how to manage his career goals, it highlights how disconnected television analysis can get from top-tier football realities.
8:07 this grella guy really think that they will let their best player, a $130m asset, earning huge wages. rot on the bench this season just because it’s a bit awkward with the fans 😂😂😂
Atletico broke the agreement between the player 1st , he told them he wanted to leave and they agreed and then changed the agreement
Never said he wanted to go to Barcelona
These guys should respect their audience and do some research on the topic they discussing. They seem to be clueless about the whole situation
Hopefully he gets sold off to Saudi Pro League on the deadline. 😂
They are fine with him leaving but they will sell him to who they want, they don't give a SH- about what he wants. They mocked him in the media and until now they want the player who doesn't want to play for them to stay even if it destroys him, they don't care because "it's personal" to the owner. This is a player at the absolute top and therefore can say that he wants to leave after two seasons of playing for them. ,His agent says that he was promised that he could leave but they changed their minds. Alvarez isn't mentally challenged but he has been treated this way by ATM during this transfer window.
Ignoring that Arsenal are involved in this?? Odd
What happened to pundits analyzing the fact & looking at all sides before they open their mouth in public & only blame one side ? ATM handled the whole situation really bad & created all the mess. Alvarez is within his rights to request transfer to his dream club, especially since the board has promised him the move. He didn’t disrespect anyone.
Agree with these guys. He may get sold in January or next summer. Suck it up Alvarez
Barcelona don’t have the money at the time he was leaving man city. Barcelona actually wanted him then. Alvarez messed up to have signed a 6yrs contract with Atletico Madrid. Simple👌
Even if he gets his dream move, Barcelona will probably not pay him top wages knowing he is desperate to play for them,
A player who’s honest and shows ambition to win, pundits don’t like that for some reason.
Argentinian players should just sign for Real Madrid and Barcelona only. They love twerking for this two clubs. Very unprofessional when these two clubs don't even show much interest in them. If Barcelona truly wanted him, they would have paid lots of money. They unsettled him and then went after cheaper options like Gabriel Jesus. Raphinha is also now starting in that position and he is clearly better than him. He is another overrated arrogant player.
When he was in City FCB couldn’t afford to get him. This is a big problem for both player and club. It’s almost impossible for him to be successful and this hurts the team/club.
Pathetico Madrid and their fans are so pathetic, they are always gonna be a stepping stone for good players with ambition, secondly their rivals are Valencia, Villarreal, Sevilla and Betis. Not Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Did anyone tell this panel that the board told julian to come out and say he wants to leave if he wanted the move?
Dean you’re an idiot .thats why you never play for big club
"I've been in situations like this" – proceeds to explain how he's never been in a situation like this
Barcelona doesn't need Alvarez, Alvarez needs Barcelona.
Barcelona offered Atletico €100 million to pay in 6 years instalments what an insult..!!!
Atletico Madrid would only sell Julian Alvarez is €500 million but for clubs outside Spain Atletico wants €150 million and €20 million bonuses this is what Atletico wanted from Arsenal.
We are not here to discuss big club, small club, trophies..the topic is Barcelona for a year was in secret speaking to Julian Alvarez when everything came out Atletico Madrid got very angry and declared war on Barcelona and the result is Atletico Madid has won! Julian Alvarez is still at Atletico Madrid!
Don't b surprised IF it was JAL back to his Man 🩵 City 🌆
These guys don't even do their basic research, Alvarez never said he want a move to barcelona publically he only said the best thing for both club and him is a transfer
Guy is scummy
Atletico have never willingly sold a player to their rivals. Griezmann only left because Barcelona paid his release clause. Outside of situations like that, it’s not about money, it’s about the history and rivalry between the two clubs.
There’s no rivalry between us and Atletico. Our rivals are Real Madrid don’t get it twisted.
Who made it public first. Every one pointing out Alvarez to speak out, he just said he wants a move, once. Players have done way worse like Isak, Mbappe and Trent ran out their contract and club didn't get the player nor the money. Alvarez has just said he wants to leave once in public and has been available for training and matches even now. He is also bringing in a offer which will let atleti have profit on their initial price and salaries paid, if they want more, they should negotiate. But it is Atleti who started everything in public, they posted stuff online and kept on releasing official statements making it more ugly everyday. If atleti say, barca were leaking rumors to media, which player transfer happens nowadays without rumors in media. This is all on Atleti being a small club and their president's ego.
How do you know the representatives weren’t handling it well? We only know when it came public may be the club already started being stubborn
Love the show boys
Please go my guy
