    I honestly completely forgot about now why so many MLS fans and some of the players and veen mls teams have filed conplaints and even boycotting mls because they want to return to the Lamar Open Cup and I do too! I honestly didn't put much attention to this tournament like I did before, and part of that was because I was very satisfied with the outcome of the world cup and with the lower divisions of us Canadian soccer ⚽. The point is, Mexicans teams have been tired and complaining about returning to the Copa liberadatdres and the mls teams want to return to the Open cup, honestly it's more of a cash and grab for the Mexicans teams than for the mls teams because the average Mexican teams don't have or make the same $ or value as their MLS counterparts so they signed up as part of the agreement and because they get prize money and also a spot into the cocncaf champions league. But at the same time, there is only 18 ligs mx teams so idk why concacaf is so determined to make and get money. It's all greed like the world cup and with infantino

    I remember when liga MX players were sleeping on airport floors as they had to travel to different U.S cities.

    Literally created a competition that caters fpr you to win amd you still take an L.

    MLS = Major League Sucks.

    Columbus is literally dead last in the entire league and I came to support Columbus because even though I'm not a fan of their team, I admire their business and academy approach as well as their tenacity. I came to watch and support Columbus for 3 reasons. 1) Brais Mendez, a 29 year old from Real Sociedad who came in his prime and is literally my age and who made over 250 appearances playing in La Liga as well as the Spain national team. Andres Gomes the Portuguese star who was with Cr7 in the national team as well as FC Barcelona is the other. 2) Nationwide Insurance is their new jersey sponsor and who is also helping to bring a women's NWSL team in 2028 much to the controversy of many. 3) In the last 3 seasons, Columbus have made one of the most successful academies in the entire North America and developed their local talent sending them to Europe, Aidan Morris, Max Arftsen literally are now in the English Championship as well as Cucho Herandez in Real Betis. This is all thanks to the general manager who was the manager for Toronto FC

    It's super sad and really sad how much mls and Liga MX can fare evenly but at the same time one way or the other either Liga MX or MLS teams can beat each to scrap. This game should have been 2-2 and the fact that playing in Los Angeles in front of the 2nd largest Mexican population in the entire planet and seeing that fan base just make me wonder and wish why many Mexicans aren't this passionate or crazy when they are supporting teams like lafc or la galaxy. Mexicans love and breath baseball ⚾ and soccer and they need to show this when supporting their locals teams. Many of these MLS teams save for inter Miami and maybe la galaxy can stand toe to toe when it comes to having quantity wkth cliv America fans

    yet some people would rank mls higher than liga mx 😂🤦‍♂️ (MLS is ranked 10th, meanwhile Liga Mx is ranked at 18th, lower than the argentine league, and japanese league…)

    Que daño le hace a la Liga MX el dinero estadounidense. Le hacía más bien a la Liga MX jugar su torneo de Copa local que estos torneítos de 5ta en campos deplorables y en condiciones poco saludables para los jugadores.
