Stopped at the 4th “yeah listen”
This is Declan Rice in 25 years, prove me wrong. Mannerisms and sounds like him 😂

When does windows close
Penalties have never been a lottery, takes skill and nerve, doing players a major disservice
I can see Richard has the personality and communication to help nurture, support and develop the players. So there is hope that mistakes can be ironed out and individual players improve and gain confidence, combined with Lee Grant striving for high standards and improvement.
I have been critical of the lack of surprise and creativity on our set plays (attacking) but I have of course overlooked that on defending (opposition) set plays, we have so far been outstanding, and that does indeed take a lot of concentration, organization, awareness and competence.
Pleased he is being realistic about some of the shortcomings. Good goalkeeping kept us in the game again, although the defending was quite good…and probably were on top for most of second half. However, some basic things need correcting 1) Not making cross-field square passes proximate to opposition, that can and are being intercepted, that is asking for disaster, Crew needs to be coached out of that. 2) We are taking too many touches before passing or crossing or shooting 3) Our players need to join the attacks quicker and get in the box and just outside of it 4) Need to be more direct, decisive and quick in the final attack stage 5) Players need to abandon their reluctance to shoot and stop shifting responsibility to someone else to shoot, unless they are in a clearly better position. 6) Passing around at the back for the sake of it, close to pressing attackers needs to be abandoned, it is a waste of our own time and is inviting interceptions every game that we are going be bitten by soon, defending should be safety first, clear the danger. There are no extra points for taking more passes in your own box. 7) We need to stop getting stuck in the mud passing in congested areas and walking into walls, players need to get their heads up and quickly switch the ball into space. 8) Players need to be more drilled and hardwired to see the efficient pass that maintains attacking flow, momentum and best opportunity. Wrong decisions are often being made. 9) More training drills abundantly passing at speed and shooting at speed 10) Players need more high scoring hunger and aggression, we would like to see continuous waves of attack from the beginning, players busting their guts to create chances and score. 11) When Pressley lays off the ball to a winger, he needs to quickly get into the box so he can be on the end of a cross 12) Players need to provide more options to the man on the ball with off-ball runs, he should always have 3 to 5 choices to pass to. 12) Need more inventiveness, dramatic surprise, deception and planning on our set pieces…we are not exploiting the opportunities they offer. 13) We shouldn't be looking to make too many passes before a shot, cross or through ball or penetrating dribble… Many passes means the window of attack gets closed and we waste our own time to create more chances. Everything should be with purpose of the game in mind i.e. scoring a lot of goals.
Richard, we are listening so no need to keep telling us to do it!
Created chances but need that striker who can put the ball in the net Great defense keeping clean sheets but a draw will not get us into the play offs
Definitely need another proven striker in before the window closes
It’s a new group as well still growing I’m sure there will be a striker coming in as well
I wasn't there but 4 games without conceding is an excellent start, the goals will come again, we got 3 at Gillingham so we don't need to get too anxious.
