Some Premier League records are so extraordinary, they might never be broken. From Haaland’s incredible record of 100 goals in 111 games and Chelsea’s defensive record at home, to Arsenal’s unbeaten season, Shane Long’s fastest-ever goal, Sadio Mané’s record hat-trick and the highest-scoring game in Premier League history — these are the records that could stand forever.

Now Harry Kane looks like he is staying abroad, Shearer’s record does seem safe!
But did he heed his own advice and stay humble?
the beauty of the Arsenal's invincibles season is that the record can never be broken. It can only be equalled
Haaland will break Shearer's record unless he chooses to leave. He'll likely be halfway there by the end of the season and he'll still only be 26
FA PREMIER LEAGUE love's the big 6 and will fix games for them PSR bullshit just make so the big 6 can and will buy players premier league team need to make PSR shit . REFEREE'S AND VAR help all of the big 6 money club . PREMIER LEAGUE WILL LOSE in the end
Richard Masters is overseeing rules brought in to prevent another Super League. The Big Six wanted protection from genuine competition, a closed league where their position at the top was effectively guaranteed. The Premier League panicked and has pacified those teams with 'FFP Rules' that makes it impossible for clubs outside that group to achieve sustained success and challenge the dominance of the so called Big six.
They wanted protection from competition. They wanted a closed shop. And now Masters is gaslighting us and wants us to believe the system protecting that established hierarchy is all about protecting clubs from financial ruin. Those rules don't protect anything but the existing balance of power.
You don’t need to fix individual matches when you can rig the conditions under which the entire competition is played.
Surely Newcastle scoring 8 past Sheffield Utd with 8 different players should be on here or putting 8 past two different teams from the same city?
Most PL titles may never be beaten… SAF, as much as I despise United, withstood the test of time and had overseen so many squad refreshes.
We might never see a manager last as long as him at one club (even half his tenure seems impossible in modern day PL), let alone be as successful. Beyond that, you have to look at the invincibles, goals conceded in a season and clean sheet records. The quality, even in the sides around 15th spot are much better than they were in the 00s. The margin for error is even smaller now to even approach such records.
I think another 'record' we will never see is the top 2 points total in 18/19. Liverpool with 97 had to settle for 2nd by a single point.
english top flight football did not start in the 90's with the prem most of these records are not records
Arsenal's invisibles season will remain in PL history forever
Chelsea's defensive record is one that'll NEVER be broken
That Vardy record might take a good while
