I don't understand that second yellow for the Dynamo defender. Painstil clearly grabbed him and threw him off balance, which should be a foul, no? The defender only grabbed Paintsil because he was being thrown to the ground.

This was a snooze, how bad is Houston that they only won by a penalty against a half alive Galaxy. The commentators were boring and really hyping a sleepy Dynamo as well.
Pantzil totally made a mess of that opportunity. I was surprised that Lozano didn’t threw a fit that he never passed him the ball.

Whatever drugs that ref is on must be really good. First he misses the clear shirt pull. Then he awards a penalty when that foul happened at least 3 feet outside the box. Then he gives out a red to the defender for a foul on Paintsil who clearly pulled the defender down and then dove. Look I'm all for giving people a chance, but if you're legally blind you shouldn't be a ref, surely.
Great run by Paintsil there but just couldn't quite do it. But the Galaxy played pretty well against a good Houston team. Things are slowly picking up 😀

I've decided to tune into the MLS after the World Cup and holy hell, this cannot be the same LA Galaxy team I've been hearing about for years in my younger days, they are shambolic. Paintsil is the only highlight in this team due to his explosive pace but he needs to look up more and see where his teammates are
Houston defended well & created ample amount of chances, in constructive play from wing to center forward to attacking midfield to attacking forward..
Paintsil could have scored two goals, he is a good dribbler & a striker of the ball, with controlled pace, power & skills. He lacks support..
