Captain obvious. The fact Spurs in the relegation zone in the Premier League beat Dortmund 3-0 who were second in the Bundesliga shows the difference. If it was not for PSG, England would have had clean sweep of European trophies 2 years in a row. The Premier League is being rewarded for sharing their TV money, while the other leagues gave all the money to the big teams.
The Bundesliga has 1 team…and all of the rest of the teams feed that one team lol.
