in his first time at Benfica, his first ever job, a player, Sabri, complained to the press that Mourinho was too rough and barely spoke with him, so in the next press conference Mourinho brought a notebook with all the times they spoke and proceeds to list all the reason he doesn't like Sabri "it's hard to like a player that forgets to come back, that last game got caught an absurd number of times offside, that when someone shows his teeth palying away gets scared" etc etc

I liked when he made up lies about Anders Frisk, causing him to get death threats and having to walk away from his career in football. Or when he sacked Dr Eva Carnero for doing her Job. Or when he said that Vinicus Jr deserved to be racially abused.
All classic Jose moments.
When Messi walked past him on the touch line and he made a gesture that Messi was stinky.
