  1. The difference between PSG and Bayern is this… In Paris they tolerate losing to and drawing with bottom of the table teams. If Bayern played the way PSG did domestically Kompany would have been fired. If Bayern dropped in the Champions league table as far as PSG did… Kompany would have been fired. So PSG is allowed to mail it in and rest more players so they are fresher at the end of the season where Bayern is expected to be perfect and anything short of that is a failure. Where all that matters in the pundits and fans eyes for PSG and RM is winning the CL. When PSG wins the CL it doesn't matter if they way underperformed half of the season, they are considered the best team in Europe.

  2. What kind of question is that? They are the best team with psg🤦🏼‍♂️they even beat psg in the group stage and beat Real Madrid. But let’s ask the question if they could win it😂😂😂

  3. Bayern do not need a new goalkeeper. Jonas Urbig will take over the number 1 from Manuel Neuer, he is a phenomenal goalkeeper at such a young age already. Urbig will play half the games in the 26/27 season and become the full number 1 in the 27/28 season.

  4. Who made this Starting 11 😅
Brown wasn’t bought for 60mil to sit on the bench, Davies has come close to being sold off for at least 2,3 transfer windows now and even when occasionally fit did not start.

  5. They should’ve won last year. The world magically made rules up for clear handball calls that have been called 100s of years that the game has been around and the world said ok UEFA if you say so……

  6. Bayern is different than other big clubs. It is not considered normal to win the champions league. They know it is rather the exception and not the norm and happens around every 10 years and that is fine. It is not considered as a failure not to win it, other aspects have a greater weight. It is mandatory for Bayern having a team people can identify, therefore to develop Bavarian or German players are essential (Beckenbauer, Breitner, Augenthaler, Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Müller and so many more) unlike in the Premier League where that does hardly play a role.
As well the style of playing is important (therefore Klopp's kind of antifootball was never a real option) and the character of the players is always crucial for Bayern. Mercenaries , real egoshooters (Lewandowski the big exception) are less frequent than in direct competitive teams, it considers itself as a family and it might be a clichee but there is truth to it.
The pundits and press always consider that Guardiola failed in Munich because he did not win the Champions League, At Bayern noone thinks that and neither the majority of the fans. He lifted Bayerns level incredibly and has best relations with Hoeness, Rummenigge etc. Kompany only became coach because Guardiala pushed for it and Bayern value to him.

Especially the foreigh pundits don't get this club really. It is funny how deregoratory the talk about the Bundesliga title but never mention the national title and cup when it comes to PSG in the same way. To measure success only by winning the Champions league is just rubbish and shows the incompetence of these people. It is so tiresome to listen to this stereotype rubbish they bring up ever and ever again, sigh….
Anyway, nobody knows who will win this year, Bayern will be among the favorites, at the end, it comes down to best actual form in spring, being lucky not having injured players and lucky on matchdays with the refereree.

  7. To the Neuer point. Urbig is right there ready to play but until Neuer retires Urbig won’t get his shot.

Bayern have dead weight on the team with Palhinha, Boey, & Zaragoza. They were on loan and didn’t play a role at Bayern last season. You could say that about Ito. They should really sell those 4 + Kim and bring in a high level CB to play next to Upa while an aging Tah becomes CB3.

  8. People did notice that no one is even talking about Atletico Madrid, you know why …. because it's a small club that hinders Giants from having success on their journey, they should just let Alvarez to Barça 😒🙌

  9. Imo Bayern have the best attack in europe and are definitely capable of beating anyone but the problem is the rest of the team isn't good enough, neuer is too old, the defence which was their weakness last season is still the same and they don't have enough quality and depth in midfield, I think they'll need a few more signings if they want to compete with the likes of PSG, Madrid, Barca, City, Arsenal etc…

  10. People don't realise how good Ismael Saibari is and what he would bring in this bayern team. I see him as an absolute clutch player . He can play anywhere, left , right, as striker and as a no.10 as well

  11. They went toe to toe with the eventual winners.
They’ve upgraded the outside back with Brown. Added depth with Saibari.

Also add in a healthy Davies/Musiala and Karl with another year of experience –

Should be another semifinal at least. But this time – more depth in the attack may help.
Kane, Olise, and Diaz played a lot of minutes.
