  1. If United is to sign another defensive midfielder then it means Ugarte will have to be sold, Sesko & Zirkzee are sufficient for the campaign. The market doesn't have a lot of world class strikers

  2. Man utd still need more signings for the upcoming 2026/2027 season.
Left back , defensive mid , number 10, left winger and a striker is needed asp.
The also have to sell players like rashford permanent deal to another club.

  3. The owners are THE problem (debt, leting OT rot, taking dividends, etc.). For Joel & Co. it's ALL ABOUT MONEY–United is merely a business investment to them. Under SAF we'd never have made the stupid deals for stupid fees and stupid wages that the Glazers have made. Now the Glazers refuse to pay over 200k per week wages, so United will never get world class quality players. We don't develop young talent; they move into the first team to see their careers fail. Also, Dalot (poor), Shaw (legs gone and injuries), Mount (injuries), Maguire (end of career) all should have been moved on. No other big EPL team would've kept these guys. Rashford was supposed to have been moved out, but the ownership failed to move him out–not Rashford's fault. How can you sell him with those stupid wages???

EVER NOTICE HOW THE MEDIA NEVER GO AFTER THE GLAZER GREED AND INCOMPETENCE?

United played only 40 games last season in a down year for a number of EPL teams. Now United are looking at two games per week and they just don't have the players or the talent. Amorim gets the sack and they decide to hire someone no other club would have even considered–he flopped at Middlesbrough. Yes, he had good results, but he had the honeymoon period at Middlesbrough, too. United won many of those games while playing poor boring football, but were rescued by red cards and a single low percentage long pass from Bruno that netted ONE goal. We scraped by. Given ownership's history, look for Carrick not to last the season.

Bottom line: NOTHING changes until the ownership is gone. That means a lot of us will be dead of old age long before they're gone and United returns to glory. Would gladly take multiple relegations to get rid of the Glazers (including Jim).
