1:38 clueless announcers: Evander meant that heel back to Denkey. Cincy looked out of shape in the second half — couldn't maintain the sharpness in the first 15 minutes. How did Denkey not dish the ball to Evander early on. Some sloppy shooting and decision-making in scoring position on fast breaks in the 2nd half. Valenzuela floating around, not contributing in midfield except with soft/easy passes. Then the foul and fight at the end. Bad. I hope Noonan sat some guys down for a talking-to. Do better FCC.
Rough times going back to watching THIS after two months of World Cup. The Crew mostly outplayed FCC, and the end penalty by Valenzuela was stupid. And what was Noonan doing, by using the same starting lineup which had just played a tough game only 3 days earlier? He didnât even make subs at halftime, with things going obviously wrong. With that being said, the penalty kick before the half was bs. Miazga played the ball & won it. Arfsten did neither. He wasnât looking at the ball, and even changed his running path into Miazgaâs. VAR was useless.
