If you can point to a single thing that lost this one for Ireland, it was Manning holding the attacker's shirt that resulted in Czechia's penalty. There was no reason to do that. The ball was heading out of play and the Czech player wasn't gonna be able to do anything with it. Just a really poor lapse in judgment there. All other things being equal, Ireland would've won it 2-1.
