Was at England Ghana. 60 degrees and drizzling. Injuries in the 20th and 60th minute which stopped play for 2 minutes or so. Why didn’t the ref just do the hydration break there. Instead, continued for a minute after the injury break, then took the hydration break. Biggest boos of I’ve ever heard

If one game has a hydration break in a tournament then all of them do
literally the breaks are nothing new.. the only issue I have are the cutting to commercials during them 😂

outside of high elevation and hot temperatures, a hydration break is not necesary
American sports is all about marketing and commercials. They will find every excuse to put more commercials and advertising breaks
