  1. Look at the corporate pivot. We literally just got knocked out of our own home World Cup due to a complete lack of tactical infrastructure and player protection, and Fox Sports is already selling us a marketing brochure for 2030. They want us looking four years into the future so we don’t demand accountability for the systemic failures happening right now. Stop selling us hypothetical future stars to cover up a hollow foundation. We don't need a 2030 hype train; we need a complete architectural overhaul of the federation today.

  2. Balogun, Richard’s, Tillman, Adam’s, McKennie and – hate me for it – Berhalter will be staples.

Still hoping for Reyna to hit his stride.

But Pulisic… man he’s no leader. You can excuse being injury prone if you’re actually giving it you all.

  3. Christian Pulisic made a total of 18 starts in the Serie A for AC Milan during the 2025–2026 season. Overall, he made 30 league appearances a total of 38 games which means he was chosen to start only 47 percent of the time this guy is not consistent he’s a loser and is only there because he has an All American look to him on the other hand you have a Alex Zendejas who started in 94.6% of his total appearances for Club América across all competitions during the 2025–2026 season. He wasn’t our best player look into for yourselves if you want to know the truth

  4. I’m sorry but I’m not developing my kid in the United States, sending them to Uruguay/Argentina for development due to their mother’s heritage and family that lives in both places. But the USA soccer system absolutely sucks, and I wouldn’t spend a dime in this country for their development here in spite of me being an American myself. It’s sad. I grew up playing basketball and even went to college for ball but the soccer system is HORRENDOUS.

  5. Soccer people have been saying this since 2002. “The future” has been bright for 24 years? The US has had enough time to develop and bring a competitive team to the World Cup and all they’ve done is come up short year in and year out. It would be one thing if we lost in heartbreaking fashion, we got outclassed and embarrassed on our home turf in front of the whole world. USA soccer is pathetic

  6. Guy hoping for some foreign dual-nationals to appear and save the team when the leader of his country is actively trying to take away birthright citizenship. If Trump had his way, America would literally lose their top players.

  7. These guys already peaked and now we’re being asked to put up with this for one more world cup? Nah take a seat, give the next generation a chance, you had yours

  8. When the US missed out of World Cup, they said future was bright. When US was one of the youngest teams in the World Cup they said just wait until they mature in 4 years. Now it’s wait until our players hit their 30’s. 😂 you can’t make this up.

  9. Its not bright. We have no quality defenders or goalies coming up in the system who play in the top European leagues. They all play Middy or Attack. Every time the USMNT team has played a top 20 team in the last 2 years, aside from Mexico, we give up 2 or 3 goals minimum. Will never win with that lack of quality on the back end.

  10. Luna might not have the talent but at least he would have given 110%. These clowns looked like they cared more in the Paraguay game than in the elimination game.

  11. "I believe that we will win" / "Everything is possible" are clever marketing campaigns to help delude us into thinking we ever had a shot. And to be fair, we probably need some of that delusion to help the kids get more excited. But for long time fans, this is just more of the same. some flashes of brilliance to get our hopes up, only for reality to send us crashing down.
