  1. Americans trying to convince themselves that they are suddenly good at football and not that the world cup is hosted in their country with one of the most corrupt presidents of all time

  2. Soccer has rules.
Who do you call to change the rules?

Whom do we consult when we want to commit fraud? Our ego.
Who do we trust when we want to cheat? Trump.
Who do we blame after the loss? The winner.

Is this fairness in sports or the “American Imposture Syndrome”?

Don't screw the rules and turn losers into champions.

I want to succeed on my own.
    No shortcuts, no tricks.

  3. Red card doesn't matter.. just believe what squad we have now .. we start to believing each other and we have shine starter we can playing. Everyone start believe now .. usa can do it…

  4. they most definitely can not win this cup. they have massively improved, sure but they´re a long way from the big league. of course they have the population and infrastructure to absolutely be a dominant force in the future but they´re not there yet. next cup or the one after that they might already be playing on the level of the big boys, but they´re not there yet that´s obvious from watching them play.

  5. This is the first time I’ve been excited about my national team and it’s a great feeling. I’ve always felt like we didn’t exactly belong so it was casually enjoying round robin and not going forward.

    Grateful for this new feeling

  6. Can we win?…NO… We are so close, but still a little behind the favorites this year. But this is sports and we Americans know better than most that anything can happen.

But this is what it looks like when you have the right coach.

  7. This is where the US proves everyone wrong . We can compete against these well known European teams confidently. Beating Belgium without a key player will be difficult but we’re overall solid enough that it’s reasonable for once :

  8. 2:51 please take a break and re-evaluate my brother. Gambling sponsor pay a lot of money, but they also wreak havoc on people’s lives. Hoped it was a one time thing but seeing it again, i’ll be unsubbing.

  9. For us Argentinians, only winning matters, not finishing second. Even if we lose a match, we keep fighting until the end; we never give up. The fans know this and cheer us on relentlessly, regardless of the score. This is the Argentinian player mentality that we're putting into practice.
