  1. Let me try to make sense of the lines. First off, someone constantly saying "over here". This could be some guy who has a crush on a girl who doesn't want to be in a relationship with him because she thinks she is "small". She is also unsure about starting a relationship because she thinks that they will spend very little time together and that he "will not come". She is also unsure about her ongoing stomach problems, crying every time they show up again. She tries to see the new year as a new chapter and that her obsessive crush will move on, but he clearly has not. She decides to spend some time with him by taking out a piece of paper and draw. She then notices that his eyes have started glowing, like he is posessed. She tries to run away from him, but she is dissolved. This is when he realizes that he can fire lasers from his eyes, and that he has just killed his crush. Now that she's a ghost, she starts stealing leftovers from his refrigerator as some sort of revenge. The boy somehow knows about this, and tells his parents that she comes in "occasionally" and steals. The "uninterested servant" line is not said from the perspective of the man in a suit and tie, who I imagine as the "crush". I imagine that the lines said by Malinda in the dress are said by a female character. Not just the girl, but ANY female character. She "takes a little laugh" about her theft of the boy's leftovers. Then there's "I know, and Flow.". Since "Flow" is spelled with a capital f, I think it's the name of a person. I imagine that "Flow" is a friend of the girl.
WARNING. THIS NEXT PART IS JUST SPECULATION! FEEL FREE TO SKIP.
Now I think sense how the boy knew exactly who was stealing his leftovers. Flow was the only other person who knew who the thief was, so the girl probably told her friend Flow about the theft. The boy knew Flow while his crush was still alive, and that they were friends. The boy probably overheard Flow talking to an invisible person about the leftovers, and he recognized the voice of the invisible person. He knew that this had to be the ghost of his crush. END OF SPECULATION.

Now she is happy. She feels "a bit awesome". But this moment of happiness does not last long, as she sees her crush in the corner of her eye. He is looking at her with "extremely sharp eyes". She ran away again, but suddenly stops. She tells him that she wants more in life, and that she wants him to be with her. She wants him to "honor her safely". She tells him that they can live forever as ghosts, and that their life together is just getting started. She says that, when he dies, and however he chooses to die he can't do anything about it. She confesses that she did not know what to do in school when there weren't lessons going on and the boy constantly trying to grab her attention was the one thing that filled the gaps between lessons and recess. She then suggests that he should leave some flowers on her grave. She says she loves him, and that his life as a ghost will start tonight.
The mother of the girl, still grieving the loss of her daughter, starts feeling how they are getting separated now that she's gone. She tells herself that she can't do anything about it, and she will off herself with a stab to the heart tomorrow. She leaves a note saying "tomorrow, in the heart". Before she goes through with it, she tells herself that she tried to be her own light in the dark times and seeing things positively, just like her daughter. She says that there was a balance between the bright and positive mother, and the "heart of darkness" who is the father. If she dies, there will be an imbalance between light and darkness. She knows that she couldn't do anything to change her husband's heart of darkness for the better.
