Lothar Matthaus one of Germany's greatest players yet absolutely useless as a coach , Lehmann talking through his backside again, but everyone knows nagelsmann isn't good enough.
At International level are you supposed to make them better players or use what you have wisely. Even if camps were twice as long its not going to make them better players.
That’s a such a stupid argument!!!Mourinho was never a pro player either, and yet he was able to develop top stars and has coached the best clubs in the world. Tuchel has played maybe five second-division games in his career and is world-class. Jürgen Klopp only played in the second division, without ever coming close to being good enough to win the Champions League or play for the national team, and yet they’re all highly respected coaches who could improve any world-class player. Mourinho was hired specifically so that the Real Madrid players would learn respect, even though he was never at their level. It’s not important to have played yourself, you have to be able to read people and have character. Nagelsmann has none of that.
As a Neutral your players arent good enough.
Your Midfield is very weak.
Your defenders are old or rubbish.You have no decent wingers, and your goal scorers are average.Musiala is a good player but not back to his best yet.Wirtz has struggled since moving abroad to a tougher league .

For all the internationals here. As a German. I am not a big fan of Nagelsmann himself. He is a good coach. But what I can tell you is. NO ONE – literally NO ONE listens to the stuff in Germany that Lehmann is shouting. He's done and just seeking for attention.
Say what you want but this isn't Nagelsmann's fault in any way. There is real lack of quality in German football.
