  1. Africa isn't playing catch up, they LITERALLY supply 90% of all team involved in the World Cup but due to powers out of the country team's control, the players play in other countries and helping them out🤷🏾
Do you know what Nigeria's football would be if all the Nigerians came home to play for them?

  2. The Gap is majority of the players were trained up in Europe… They have the African athleticism and paired that with European coaching, specifically training through the Netherlands who brought the world Total Football. This is the recipe is bound to be successful.

And kudos to their federation because they're actually doing the right things unlike other African federations that choose to remain corrupt.. yes, I'm talking about Nigeria's and many others. We have players who were trained abroad living abroad in multiple different countries but yet 1st tier players do not want to play for us.

  3. Ivory Coast and Senegal should have won their games to make a statement against European teams which shows there's still a mental hurdle but Morocco will inspire the rest of Africa 🌍 🙌

  4. Agreed they are strong n should unfortunately handle Canada with ease but all teams yield to France as well Morocco in 2 matches but Morocco has some really nice players

  5. They are not just standard in Africa it’s the whole world. They play great football. They are defensive when they need to and have incredible attack force and the confidence in the midfield is on the other level. In my opinion i don’t think they get talked about in mainstream media as they should. They have complete style of football. Look how they outplayed Netherlands. They are the definition of complete football. Im from Ethiopia and Morocco you making all of us Africans proud. Good luck. Much Love!!!!!

  6. For everyone saying – oh but all of their players are born in Europe. The England cricket team have done exactly the same thing – taken players from the west indies, ireland and south africa

  7. but hey african football will remain bad due to the mentality, instead of taking example on morocco's investments on infrastructure and social , they acuse morocco of "cheating"….yeah…they'll never improve as long as they remain with this loser mentality. football has become a science field, u work, u invest u reap the results

  8. No creo que se pueda decir eso de un país cuya selección tiene a 19 personas nacidas, criadas y entrenadas en el extranjero. El fútbol que muestran es el futbol que aprendieron en el extranjero, no el futbol marroquí.

  9. As a Maroccan I am proud of the boys they are not AT ALL African football. They are fully the product of European football. They were born, raised, trained and coached by European countries, in European facilities and with European coaches, expertise and experience.
Marocco did the good job to make them play together in a team and buid a team spirit.
But they are not a product of African or Maroccan football

  10. As an African I can say that the playing fields are busy levelling which is why the superiority of African athletes are starting to shine through. The French team would've been nowhere if not for players of African descent. African teams never had the proper backing that the European teams had. African tournaments are staged in such a way that they are never aligned with a European season which affects the African players club football which make certain managers reluctant to buy these players in the first place. I lost respect for the Morrocan team in the last tournament though. Disgusting behaviour from all of them including the fans. Arab colonised African countries should also be checked for their racist treatment of black Africans which is a problem.

  11. Most Moroccan players are developed in European academies. The only difference is when they are ready for international football they choose Morocco instead of the country they were born in. Imagine Nigeria with Saka, Eze, and Michael Olise. All have Nigerian heritage but choose European countries, which is okay too.
