  1. Congradulations to Mexico in winning the CONCACAF Gold Cup. They were far the better team. Don't worry USA fans, there's always next year. But I hope Canada or Central America host the Gold Cup in 2013.

I'll be excited if it was some one else. I'm bored of seeing USA vs Mexico in the finals. As an American, I rarther face Canada or Costa Rica in the finals over Mexico. :/

  3. @65danner Dude that's the same thing that ran through my head as I bought these tickets lol. but even if its guatemala vs costa rica, you know there will be lots of fine girls representing their country lol chaaaaoowww!!

  4. USA has the best stadiums in the world that's true (as concerns attendance, at least). They could easily hold 2 World Cups simultaniously and wouldn't even need to invest any money in reconstructing them etc. and all of them stadiums would be 70 000+ and every game sold out like in 1994… Man I wish MLS one day returned to NFL stadiums… when the attendences are high enough but don't know it will happen…. I hope for at least 2-3 MLS teams to completely fill NFL stadiums some day…

  5. @Lexman00 : LMAO. Stop crying and stop complaining son. You sound ridiculous with your economic theories and fast food references LOL. You are a moron to believe you sound insulting LOL You just sound ridiculous. Im done with this convo. But my last words to you is "hahahhahahah, you will never host a Gold Cup!! ahahhahahah" I won, case closed bitch. One.

  6. @Lexman00 Why would Concacaf want to play their tournament in third world countries? Why? The only thing I see here is that you're butt-hurt over them playing in the States rather than that frying pan you call Azteca. Explain. And for the record, I'm not not even white. Once again, like your mom would say, "callate mijo y comete tus frijoles" LMAO

I'm American! And Canada is a hockey nation! But the United States is a Baseball, Nascar, Nasketball, American Football nation! Football is only gaining ground in the United States. Football already had that ground in central america and the carribeans! But the CONCACAF will make a profit in switching host though. I think Mexicans, Jamaicans, Cubans, Canadians ect. are sick of buying passport. It's time for the CONCACAF to be over thrown and move the host nations!

  8. @JohnQRandom
Canada won a gold medal long ago and won the Gold Cup in 2000!
ut where it's hosted does matter! And only the Unitedf States and Mexico are benefiting from the CONCACAF! That's why no one in Europe watch the Gold Cup and the president of the COCACAF deserve to be over thrown! A joined Central American CONCACAF Gold Cup will be more interesting than an boring US CONCACAF Gold Cup

  9. @JohnQRandom
if the CONCACAF isn't depriving Canada or any member other than Mexico and the USA. Why won't they host the Gold Cup outside the United States! the CONCACAF is garbage! Everyone knows it!!

  10. @JohnQRandom
the CONCACAF has been screwing every single CONCACAF members. It's only about the United States and Mexico! Look at my damn profile and you'll see i'm American! Cowboy Stadium (Dallas) is where I live next to.

  11. @JohnQRandom
if the CONCACAF only care about money than they should be over thrown!
ANd I am American but I'm losing a lot of national pride because of the CONCACAF!! That's why i'm supporting Canada and pretty much every team other than the USA and Mexico. Fuck the CONCACAF! They must burn!! But I do hope another country other than the US host it!

  12. OMG, Did you guys see how many hondurans attended last years game vs USA!??? A bunch of hondurans live in this area….now none of them are attending those games…. 🙁 including me

  13. I prayed for Mexico to come back to Chicago. LIterally I prayed because Chicago is never a group venue its always been a quarterfinals or semifinals venue. IDK why that small RFK stadium was chosen.

  14. @BigZik70
When they over throw Jack Warnet, I I hope Canda host the Gold Cup some time soon:(
I find it quite unfair for Canadians, Mexicans, Carribeans and Central Americans having to buy passport all the time to support their team will all Americans have to do is just travell to see their team

  15. @carella211 KC and Tampa have shown to be quite supportive of the US in the past. So your conspiracy theory doesn't fly there. Detroit showed in the early 90's that it was willing to support the US as well, so we'll see if anything has changed there since. Also, this is a very diverse country. No matter where the US goes, there will always be people rooting for the opponent.

I'd actually like to see a US match in Seattle too. But Seattle has to earn it. Club support ≠ national support.

  16. @carella211 MIami and Boston actually put up respectable numbers in the 20,000+ range. Not to mention that Miami makes sense thanks in part to the Caribean and Central American populations that come back for more. Also, the USSF has no control in where the matches are played. This is a CONCACAF run tournament.

As for the USSF's east coast "hard on", more and more of our players now play out of Europe. Getting them to fly the extra 5 hours to the west coast is time consuming and expensive.
