Legend
That Bolton was so cool. Reebok Stadium, Allardyce & the players.
My favourite African footballer
Say that this day and age moving from paris to Bolton would be insane
Took them from relegation battle to comfortably above mid table
i loved watching him as a kid he was a real legend streets will never forget
That clap thing is weird..Stop that.
Love kris kammy but that question he asked was disrespectful to us wanderers
As a man utd fan he is By far my favourite non man utd player, so fun to watch and i always dreamt we would sign him!
He was football artist ever ❤❤
An absolute baller
30, 000 pounds, chump change for the talent and still players today are ass making 5-10 times that.
They are people like Jay-Jay and Batistuta, and loyalty is everything besides their profession.
The one and only African Maradona
"Beckham of Africa"? Your David maybe is the "Okocha of Europe". KMT.
Someone said he was the Beckham of Africa. David Beckham didn’t even have the skills to dribble past an opponent 😂

I've got a mate who is a Spurs fan who SWEARS BLIND that Tottenham could of signed Okocha for nothing because they were offered him first. And like the moronic braindead idiot Glenn Hoddle is he actually said "no."
Am sad to watch only the highlights 😢
Dodgy dealings at Bolton
Jay Jay and Yé Ké Yé Ké song are wonderful African events
He shall remain creme de la creme.
Forever I'll remember i love Bolton ❤️
I love these inside transfer stories. 4 of my brothers are adopted from a small country in south africa called lesotho. When i was 11, 2 of them were adopted and they were 10. They were obsessed with jayjay. So i grew up from a young age loving this dude. We had dvds of his skills we would always watch before youtube was a thing. We had all this mans jerseys. What a f'ing player!!!
What a player Jah Jah was. I'm happy I got to see him play..
What a player! Miss those days!
I started supporting Bolton in 2004 what a player jay jay Okocha was
This is so emotional, thank you all so much 👏🏽👏🏽
Mr, Bolton
One of Africas finest Jay Jay was brilliant
That driving part is the igbo man in him we love driving especially driving home
Jay Jay is still the biggest signing in Bolton history.
He brought entertainment to football.
Gen Z won’t understand, those days we watch epl bcos of jay jay, such a talent, was expecting to see Gardner among those legend, Nicky hunt the lege lege guy then have put on weight now ooo, 30k as at 2002 weekly will be around 150k now if nt more, so that wasn’t a bad deal.
That late 90’s – late 2000’s football era probably the best.
Players weren’t robots, players not afraid to express themselves. I’m a Liverpool supporter but looked forward to watching Bolton games, they had some cracking players!
Such a puff piece- 23 mins – for 2 mins dialogue
What a player …glad I was alive to witness his greatness
So good they named him twice.
Legendary ❤❤
I just love his accent, no change, just natural
He seems quite arrogant
Wish Jay Jay played during our time because this Man is super talented. ❤
He was so good 😅 they named him twice
If this is sky why havent we got highlights of the goals?
One of the two most impressive signings of that time — Okocha with Bolton and Gaizka Mendieta with Middlesbrough.
He’s shining light in the darkness, as he brought joy and happiness to Bolton, so as he did in Frankfort, and the Super Eagles
Legend .. so good they named him twice ..Jay Jay 🇳🇬
Before Fabrizio this how clubs did transfers
I’m a wigan fan and I did really like watching that Bolton team. I love it was so long ago 🙂
Absolutely love jay jay my favourite player of all time just because the the joy he had when he was on the pitch. The Nigerian team and Bolton team around that time were top class.
