In 2016, Anthony Gallo — the volunteer treasurer of the Freehold Soccer League in Freehold Township, New Jersey — was charged with second-degree theft after the league president contacted the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Financial Crimes Unit, having learned that bills owed to the team’s uniform supplier had gone unpaid and that money was missing from the league’s bank accounts. Over four years, from 2012 to 2016, Gallo drained more than $400,000 from the organization that every local family trusted with their children’s registration fees, writing over $300,000 in checks to himself, to cash, and to his own company, and pulling more than $120,000 in ATM withdrawals to cover personal expenses.

You don’t need a CPA to count a church plate. Moron.🎉
He's got a real Mafia name…maybe he's related to the infamous Joey Gallo from the Colombo crime family ,who was whacked on his Birthday at the little Italy restaurant UMBERTO'S
we found out about the little league in our town because we saw a news on TV about a treasurer stealing 200k in the little league. She is in jail now and the league got a new accountant
He''s a freaking Gallo! Hello ! Bruce was born to lie and run away with your money,Gallo was born to steal.
I dont think anything this channel puts out is real.
There are people like that my Dad held the money for our wrestling team and we had seasons where we had 120 kids. Registration was 45 dollars then we had 5 meets a season those made a few grand a meet. My Dad always had everything accounted for because my Dad was so honest they had nobody auditing him after 5 years. Well my time was coming to a end in the league. My friends dad asked to take over because he had his son my age and 3 younger sons. He had the possibility of having kids in the program for another 8 years. In two years he drained the account over 500,000 and fled to Florida with his family. So my dads honesty caused the 3 others involved to put their gaurd down and not check. The guy was never charged or convicted. So sad because those kids behind me missed out on awards at the end of the season a big tournament during the season that brings in 30 grand. Sad

Gallo, eh?..did he frequent tha' Bada Bing Night Club by any chance?
Never trust one person with the money. I stepped into the hallway to see a popular church usher going through the bills in the collection plate. HIRE a CPA.
When my boys were in high-school we had someone steal all the concessions money. The parents bought all items to sell . The year before same thing I said then it would have been cheaper to just bought the bags.Nobody was ever held accountable because both people who had access to it pointed at each other. The mom in charge of it got found guilty of theft couple years later got some time.
Just someone narrating a story with just superficial pictures.
