The final day of the 2011/12 Premier League season. With only rivals Manchester United standing in the way of Manchester City and their first Premier League title, it all boiled down to the last game – goal difference the only thing separating both sides. City were facing a QPR side battling relegation. And as the clock ticked to 90 minutes, City were losing. The title was all set to slip agonizingly through their fingers. Enter a last gasp resurgence, and the most dramatic finish to a Premier League season. Enter extra time heroes. Enter Sergio Aguero.
