Luna has been outperforming Reyna to a great degree as of late. Luna also always plays with driven determination, and his work ethic sets a fine example. I hope Reyna has had a serious change of attitude since Qatar, where his entitled arrogance was such that his teammates grew to despise him and he was such a poison pill to team chemistry that Berhalter almost sent him home.
I agree with this Luna is a very good soccer player for mls. But there are so many others who play his position who are as good or better so understand why they didn’t pick him
Gio literally only has him being in Europe as a bench player and his past contributions and not his actual form being accounted for. Luna is in better form right now but I understand that he also has issues in stepping up against European teams every once in a while.
