I'm a new york jets fan who remembers spygate in 2007… the patriots spied on the jets and were caught but was only fined/lost draft picks and still got to play in the superbowl (to be fair they were a great team [16-0] but doesn't negate that the pats cheated before they were caught) and bill belichick still continued to coach in the nfl for many years…. glad the EFL treats cheating better than the Nfl.

If Southampton had ‘owned up’ earlier. Fired their coaching set up right up. They might have had some mitigation to remain in the playoffs. It was Southamptons decision to try to delay the process.

They’ve been cheating since December. Their final place in the table should be reviewed and that would’ve made Wrexham 6th. Watch other clubs bring this up if the appeal is tossed out.

Middlesborough should be made to beat Southampton in 1 more match. Winner takes all. They didn't win in 3.5hrs of football against Southampton. If they were to beat Hull, then do Hull get a second chance too? What about other teams that were not in the top 6?
