  1. What I’ll always find ridiculous is that we’ve got to worry about how players feel, how to motivate them despite all the money they earn. In every other job you a) earn crumbs, b) are expected to be self motivated, c) if you act up you either get disciplined or fired. I would like to see them work 12 hour shifts in a factory for a month to pop that ego bubble

  2. You guys keep saying Mourinho is washed, but your hateful, numb brains have never pointed out how washed Ancelotti was at Everton, where he was in a relegation battle before Real Madrid brought him back.
    Hypocrites.

  3. Mourinho never called himself THE special one, that nickname is based on a misunderstanding, he said he was A special one, in latin languages that means hotshot he thinks he is different, peculiar, the british press made a mess of that

  4. I've been a Madrid fan since 1988. Mourinho hasn't won anything in recent years. He is yesterday's coach.

    Scaloni
    Klopp
    Gardiola

Are all better option for Madrid to win trophies.

Everyone is taking about discipline but not mentioning winning trophies

  5. You guys analyzed everything pretty good and fair. Many other commentators like to throw mud at us. Bravo to you.
Welcome back our beloved Mourinho and HALA MADRID !!!

  6. Pep Guardiola won 14 trophies in Spain with FC Barcelona, while José Mourinho won 3 with Real Madrid CF, and Guardiola led their Spain head-to-head 5 wins to 2, with 4 draws.

  7. Mourinho is too crazy dramatic and his style of football is uninspiringly defensive and outdated. He can be destructive personality, and lacks the constructive communication skills as a respectful leader!. Zidane would have be a much better alternative for them.
Real Madrid do better and are much successful when their coaches are charismatic and use common sense, and employed an attractive attacking style of football like the methods of Carlo Ancelotti and Zidane, instead of the hard and tough defensive methods of José Mourinho. But After a trophyless domestic campaign and a embarrassing Champions League quarter-final elimination, the club higher board choice to replacing Álvaro Arbeloa to Mourinho.
The passion for the club's traditional, attacking fotball style identity makes sense and given the successes under Carlo Ancelotti and Zinedine Zidane to bring a similar experience coaches. However, the Real Madrid board has opted for a hard-nosed approach to restore the club's domestic dominance and competitive mentality, structure and disciplines To address internal dressing room tensions and recent trophyless seasons.

    Anyway, Real are my team.
I support them. I wish them good luck and victories in the Champions League next season.

  8. Mourinho still holds the record amount of goals for a season in La Liga, and you have an American talking about “will his tactics work. For me Bellingham would thrive under Mourinho, Mourinho loves midfielders like him who want to be the best and don’t shy away from the moment. If Vini goes in the summer I feel like Mbappe gets moved to the left wing and they get a proper number 9 and if that happens good luck to other teams trying to stop them because mbappe isn’t a striker he’s best on the wings in the wide areas. If they can get the mbappe into balon dor levels then again it’s rip to other teams, but again this is if buts and maybes but in terms of someone who lays down the law Mourinho is the right man. They all know what he’s done he’s a legend in the game and sure some people will not like it but he doesn’t care it’s that simple he does not care

  9. I am a huge and an avid Madridistas and I am very heartbroken and a very devastated fan.
    Why?
Because our brainless and very dangerous president, Florentino Perez, along with our horrible poor management have completely destroyed and obliterated our great Real Madrid team.
This team is now unrecognizable as the above imbeciles have weakened and ruined our beloved and dear great team.
These morons have made many huge mistakes the last 2 years and this is the major reason why Real Madrid has not won any new silverware the last 2 seasons.
In my eyes this poor losing team is now completely dead and bringing Jose Mourinho is not going to help Real Madrid at all, in fact their problems are going to increase and multiply a lot because Jose is just the wrong coach to come now and try to help this weak and crumbled team to rise. Jose is going to make Real Madrid a lot worse now as he has a poisonous touch who has absolutely no idea in how to improve this now weak and fallen down team. I am sure Jose is going to destroy this team and alienate many players. He is no longer the good coach he used to be many years ago.
Bye bye Real Madrid…..it was such a pleasure to know you and enjoy your many victories and championships till all of the above imbeciles killed you for good.

  10. Most fans who witnessed Jose the first time wants Jose in due to the current situation. Even if it means to destabilized the dressing room so that Perez, Jose or the next manager would have it easier for a better RM. Perez only choosing Jose to save his job. Not so much about the fans. It's for self gain.

  11. I am sure, the problem will not be Vini. The problem will be Mbappe. Mbappe will not accept to play the wing, and Mourinho will never accept to play a Nr 9 who can not score header goals. Mourihno is going to recruit a Nr 9 like, Osimhein, Sørloth. Mbappe is not a technical player who can play the wings as does Vini. Vini will combine better with nr 9 than Mbappe can do.

  12. It’ll either be genius from Perez or the final nail in Madrid’s coffin. Mourinho will get way more respect than the last 2 managers combined but if the players don’t buy into his style or methods, things could turn toxic fast. Too many egos there for it not to potentially blow up. Let’s see how it goes I just hope it brings drama regardless 🙏

  13. Madrid won’t win anything with Mbappe and Vini on the same team. One has to leave or preferably both leave and Madrid build a team that plays for the team!

  14. Mou has won a trophy at almost every club he’s been. When he was at Madrid, Madrid destroyed teams on counters. Guess what you need for counters? The players Madrid has right now

  15. Two guys on this panel actually know what they are talking about and being grounded the other idiots comparing Mou and newbie managers are social media pundits not real footballers or football fans at least.

  16. What defensive style mustache dummy .. he had to adapt to the tools he had in fene roma benfica .. clearly forgot what the guy can do when he has full backing of board chelsea real madrid inter
