  1. In tournaments you sometimes need that experience and superstar talent that can give you one moment of magic. Neymar has always stepped up when Brazil needed him. He’s was the 3rd best player in the world for like 8 years straight and would definitely be going if I was the manager – likely a impact player from the bench

  2. All these people saying he’s done don’t know what they’re talking about. He’s playing his best football since returning to Brazil and with the devastating injuries to Rodrygo and Estevão it’s a no brainer he has to be included in the final roster.

  4. Neymar doesn't want to go to the World Cup, and he's making the worst possible choice, as always. In fact, Neymar is the most hated national team player in Brazilian history, and that has nothing to do with his political choices. When his team loses, he blames the others, causing trouble in every match. Ancelotti traveled all the way to Mirassol to see him play; he knew this and refused to go onto the field. He wasn't injured; he just didn't want to play so Ancelotti could see him, and he locked himself in a hotel room for three days playing poker. He doesn't say he doesn't want to go, but even so, he disrupts the national team's atmosphere because he was an idol to most of these players who don't mature in their responsibilities, always thinking Neymar will "come in and solve everything." The psychological environment in Brazil is bad because of Neymar. He's a divisive, spoiled, and problematic guy, and a terrible example of leadership for the team. Brazil won't go far not because it lacks players, but because it can't establish itself as a team due to Neymar's toxic influence on the players.
