Was the cameraman stuck in the toilet for most of the first half? Less than a minute of highlights there, then the rest of the 10min for the 2nd half. Sure, both goals were after the break but plenty went on in the 1st half too, including White heading straight at the GK from inside the 6yd box. 13 shots in each half so it's not as if nothing happened.

Looks like most of the action was in the second half. Valuable point for the Galaxy who are slowly progessing against arguably the best team in the West. And fingers crossed that the Caps get their situation fixed. We need them to stay in Vancouver- they've got great fans and the Cascadia Cup is an MLS asset. 😀⚽

Why did Reus get subbed out at half?? Was at match and Pec was getting roughed up on that right side, largely ineffective. Better defensive effort, but this, yet, again, was winnable for Galaxy.

Joseph Paintsil (28) is fucking pathetic as a player like yes he got his foot stepped on but the three barrel rolls after on the ground were quite excessive and very fake. Also why does he stop so much when he is in the opposing zone; he has something good by outrunning the Vancouver Whitecaps players but then stops in front of Takaoka like take a damn shot, worst case scenario, you don’t get it in but at least you have a chance because the Galaxy weren’t doing much in the first half. Also I found it funny how Greg Vanney was sitting at the start like shoot man, you are the coach of the team: stand up! If you are sitting down, it doesn’t look good because you look like you have already given up and don’t expect much from the match. Tate Johnson was looking good, nice to see such a young player have success. I think lots of players have been disappointing; Reus was the worst rated player on the LA Galaxy team at 60’ minutes but I want to highlight Pec because for a guy being paid the second highest amount, he really isn’t bringing much. For the Vancouver Whitecaps, it has to be Sabaly. This referee, Alexis De Silva just doesn’t seem to use cards right (at least in the first half!); he will use a yellow card for pushing but I have seen much more agressive pushes, not get a card. Why is there so much additional minutes nowadays like it used to be one or two minutes, not six!
