The German Bundesliga is set to resume play on May 16, making it the first major European football league to do so since the COVID-19 shutdown. However, it’s not business as usual for fans. One of the most visible differences will be the eerie silence inside stadiums, with no fans able to attend the games. The league intends to complete the season by June 30.
