Ref made one bad call, Kane's "handball", the rest of the decisions seemed valid. Diaz 10000% took a dive trying for a pen, that should be a yellow card 10 times out of 10. Granted, simulation isn't always punished, but that doesn't mean punishing simulation shouldn't ever happen.
