Stephen Walmsley is a footballer/coach from Liverpool, England who resides in Perth, Australia.

Stephen represented Western Australia and Perth Glory as a youth player before moving to Central Connecticut State University to play NCAA D1 soccer in the United States. As captain of the team, he achieved a number of successes in the Northeast Conference as well as in the USL PDL with Ocala Stampede.

After his college career, Stephen signed for UMF Tindastoll in Iceland where he was named “Player of the Year” as the team went on a 17 game winning streak to win the “3.deild” league title. The following season, he served as player/coach, becoming the youngest first team coach in Iceland at the age of 24.

Following a stint as a graduate assistant coach at Georgia Southern University, Stephen works as a Physical Education Teacher in Perth, Australia where he runs the Elite Soccer program at Ocean Reef Senior High School.
