A restraining order has been imposed on former Spain soccer chief Luis Rubiales. He is banned from approaching national team player Jenni Hermoso. The Ex Spanish Football Federation President caused outrage in the moments after the team’s World Cup victory by kissing Hermoso on the lips which she says was without her consent.
