‘I will not resign’: Spanish soccer chief defiant over World Cup kiss

Speaking at an emergency meeting with his colleagues, Luis Rubiales, president of the Spanish soccer federation, raised his voice and repeatedly insisted he would not resign over the non-consensual kiss he appeared to force on Jenni Hermoso after she and her Spanish teammates had won the World Cup final.

  1. He gave the world cup to Spain female nacional team and because of a little kiss on the lips the woke agenda wants this hero out. What crazy world. A Kiss in Spain is not the same thing of a kiss in America. Even man kiss each other.

  2. I’m just waiting for the girl herself to say something. Seemed maybe weird but until she speaks out about it directly. I’m gonna assume this guy is getting the ol P.C. Cancellation treatment

  3. Tropical female reaction to destroy a male over a uck a nothing .
Did you not think he was so excited about your achievement he did that. Female can kiss a male on the lips and it wouldn't raise an eye brow.
    Today' women are so precious.
    Got over yourselves.

  4. ☣️☢️Toxic “masculinity” brings SHAME to Spain and highlights the struggles that women continue to endure while not being respected nor treated as equals.

He should be FIRED 🥊 and lose any benefits for the damage his “boys will be boys/ I did nothing wrong” attitude has caused his country and women’s football (soccer for those clueless 😉).

  5. I was actually hoping to see the opposite result in the final so that the Lionesses could stick it to the FA (immensely historic if you know the background) and I think it would have benefited the Spanish players more than this. But it's a game about putting balls in the back of the net and I congratulate Spain.

  6. He's right. They just won the WORLD CUP which is a fantastic achievement, so emotions are running through the roof. But staggering reaction from the pack. Pity these Women are not as vocal or disgusted at the Trans Men playing and ruining their sports and using their private spaces.

  7. Rubiales ~ I am not going to resign. Spain, I don't think you heard me the first time around; I did not kiss that woman…I alright, I did, but it was just the spur-of-the-moment, out of joy; bottom line: I am not going to resign. I will not resign!

  8. That was a 1 second kiss, a congratulatory one at that. I think he was caught up in the emotions. That woke bs is out of control. I hope he doesn’t cave under pressure and remains

  9. I have seen thousands upon thousands of men AND WOMEN throughout Europe do what he did in just saying "hello" to a stranger…. Where does this crazy witch-hunting end?.

  10. He grabbed her head with both hands and forced her to him. If that isn't a textbook example of a forced kiss, then I don't know what is.
