I do think the Premier League under 23 under valued under hyped. They play in the toughest league but get hyped the least. I look at Elliot who would be hyped more if he was from another country. Won lots for club and country, played more great games in champions league than Wirtz, but not globally recognised like the other players. You could say the same for Wharton. Lewis-Skelly, other Premier League young players.
