Thirteen-year-old Oscar Omar Hernandez was found dead in a ditch days after visiting his soccer coach, Mario Garcia-Aquino, who is now charged with murder and a special circumstance allegation involving lewd acts with a child. The medical examiner determined Oscar died from acute alcohol intoxication, and prosecutors say Garcia-Aquino was the last person to see him alive, with suspicious texts sent from Oscar’s phone after his disappearance.
