I still find doing workouts in the gym that supposedly help your athleticism dumb, cause wouldnt it make sense to build your athleticism on the field and muscle in the gym, cause all im seeing here is time wasted in the gym

playing soccer and trying too build muscle is so hard gotta eat like 4k calories a day
What’s your weekly gym plan. Do you separate upper and lower body in two days
Does anyone train like a footballer? Or bodybuilder? If you train like a footballer you will be better, feel better and be stronger.
