Levy said he wanted to compete on all 4 fronts which implies he's going after someone like Xavi, Klopp or Zidane but when your talk about Thomas Frank who's never even had European experience it's a joke. Don't get me wrong I wanted Spurs to hire Frank before they hired Ange because they weren't in Europe but with Levy saying what he did Spurs fans must expect top 6 finish and quarter finals in the FA and League cups and knock out round of Champions League, that's competing in all 4, that's what Spurs fans I've talked too expect after a manager that just won the first trophy in 17 years and got Champions League football.
Thomas Frank is a dream manager for Spurs he might bring Mbeumo and Wissa with him too.
